Within 5 years, P.E.I. will reach and educate a large percentage of New Yorkers. Those without homes will find ways to obtain housing, those in need of food will find ways to feed their family, and those looking for a job will know the steps towards finding the career of their dreams.

P.E.I.’s aim is to grow WITH the city with kiosks across zip codes to navigate next steps.

In New York, stress affects those impoverished with health factors outside of a doctor’s office - access to quality education, jobs and environments. The Comptroller economic report shows that Peninsula households had the lowest median incomes living with poverty, food insecurity and no broadband access.

Economic stress limits healthy options - restricting access to resources. Rent burdened households pay more than 30% of their income for housing - leading to difficulty affording food, clothing, transportation and health care

The beauty of New York is found in how we value diversity. With that diversity, comes different issues and steps that each community needs. With the basic issues in one life resolved, hope becomes a reality for continual growth. P.E.I. will be the connection to helping New York become stronger!

We acknowledge that NYC agencies provide a variety of services. However, residents without “general” issues do not get customized support needed. If it does not fit the criteria, they are then referred to another organization. Confusion follows as one goes from agency to agency without solutions when the service is out of purview. P.E.I is the concierge service that details the steps and assists with “How to” modifications.

From District to Borough, each P.E.I. location will be customized to support the needs of the community residents served.
